Steve has over 34 years of experience in Lean and continuous improvement across diverse manufacturing environments, allowing him to apply these methods in both traditional and uniquely challenging settings. His deep expertise offers practical guidance that supports every team, from the shop floor to the office. Steve's capabilities include process quality improvement, development and use of key performance indicators, data collection and analysis for better decision-making, and structured problem-solving. Steve helps organizations build clarity, improve flow, and develop the skills needed to sustain long-term operational excellence. As a Lean Training Specialist with Iowa Prison Industries (IPI), Steve co-created the Prison Industries Manufacturing System to teach Lean principles and practical application to incarcerated individuals. His career reflects a clear passion for developing people, strengthening processes, and driving meaningful performance improvements.
