ExperienceBefore joining CIRAS, Troy was the managing principal of a product and technology development firm focused on the food industry. He led a team of scientists and engineers to formulate new products, improve processes, develop strategies, reduce costs, and create nutritionally or claims-focused foods. Prior to this, Troy worked for several major food manufactures in a research and development role focused on areas such as RTE cereals, fresh bakery, cookies & crackers, and frozen/retort meals.
