Experience

Andy brings more than 45 years of government-related experience to CIRAS. For 25 years he served in the U.S. Army on active duty. After retiring from the military, Andy spent nine years as a Federal Government DoD contractor while owning his own staffing business and later working as a business development director. During this time, he was a client of the Georgia Tech Procurement Assistance Center. Prior to joining CIRAS, Andy spent eight years as the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) Program Director for the Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC) at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Andy is a Government Contracting Specialist with the Iowa Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) serving clients in southwest Iowa.
Serving CIRAS from 2014.
