Experience

Tim serves as a strategic advisor for CIRAS, supporting manufacturers and businesses in Dubuque, Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, Waterloo and northeastern Iowa. He brings extensive experience in manufacturing leadership across a diverse range of industries, most recently serving as Vice President of M&M Sales Enterprises. With a strong background in operations, engineering and general management, Tim has a broad business awareness to help companies navigate complex challenges, identify opportunities for sustainable growth and understand the critical importance of adaptability in today's rapidly changing landscape.
