Experience
Steve has broad experience in imparting Lean thinking and methods across diverse manufacturing environments. Most recently, he was a Lean Training Specialist for Iowa Prison Industries IPI where he co-created the Prison Industries Manufacturing System - an innovative way to teach Lean thinking and methods to the incarcerated. Prior to working at IPI, Steve worked for Harley Davidson in various continuous improvement roles and is an ISU alumni.Serving CIRAS from 2024.
