Technology Assistance Program at Iowa State University

The CIRAS Technology Assistance Program (TAP) provides expertise and funding to reduce the risk of deploying technologies within Iowa businesses. The program includes technical assistance to help companies solve problems and cost share research support to help them succeed.

CIRAS assists companies by providing technical expertise in a variety of areas including materials, nondestructive evaluation, and engineering. CIRAS promotes research with Iowa State faculty by identifying ISU experts, working with companies and faculty members to define contract research projects, and providing cost share funding for eligible research projects.

CIRAS manages the TAP program for the state of Iowa.
