The remaining half day will be spent learning the key leadership behaviors that allow a culture of continuous improvement to grow and thrive in Mark's “Growing a Culture of Continuous Improvement workshop. This workshop is built around another interactive exercise that allows participants to practice the mechanics and the mindsets of the “Kaizen” style of continuous improvement.
