Tracy serves as a CRM Business Systems Analyst at CIRAS, specializing in optimizing internal systems and processes that drive organizational effectiveness. She joined CIRAS through its merger with the Iowa Lean Consortium (ILC), where she previously served as Assistant Director and Director.
Prior to CIRAS, Tracy owned and operated her own business for 10 years, bringing entrepreneurial insight and operational experience to her work.
