Tim serves as a Strategic Advisor for CIRAS, supporting manufacturers in Dubuque, Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, Waterloo, and northeastern Iowa. He brings extensive manufacturing leadership experience, most recently serving as Vice President of M&M Sales Enterprises.
With a strong background in operations, engineering, and general management, Tim helps companies navigate complex challenges, identify sustainable growth opportunities, and adapt in rapidly changing environments.
