Melissa spent 15 years as an Army civilian in supply chain logistics and contracting prior to joining CIRAS.
At CIRAS, she serves as a Supply Chain Project Manager and leads Supplier Scouting efforts. She works directly with industry to translate government policies and best practices into actionable guidance, helping companies strengthen proposal development, improve customer engagement strategies, and navigate federal cybersecurity requirements.
