Bio
John brings more than seven years of experience in public procurement and government contracting, with expertise across scientific equipment, veterinary medical supplies, construction, and MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations). As a Senior Procurement Agent, he managed the full contracting lifecycle; soliciting, awarding, and administering contracts for Iowa State University and the Iowa Board of Regents universities.
At CIRAS, John works directly with Iowa small businesses to help them navigate government contracting requirements and strategically position themselves to compete for and secure contracts. As a Government Contract Specialist with the APEX Accelerators, he serves clients across western Iowa.
