The Iowa Lean Consortium is seeking breakout presentations for our 2022 Annual Conference on Tuesday, October 25 in Des Moines. The ILC Annual Conference draws hundreds of continuous improvement practitioners and teams from all sectors of our economy. We are seeking breakout presentations that engage, inform, and provide actionable takeaways. Presentations that demonstrate how building a culture of continuous improvement can lead to improved employee recruitment and retention will be given special consideration.
Breakout sessions are 60 minutes long, consisting of 50 minutes of presentation, 10 min Q&A. Presentations will be live-streamed to the virtual audience for this hybrid conference. The deadline for submissions is June 1.
