Improve the quality of life in Iowa by enhancing the performance of industry through research, education, and technology-based services.

- Iowa’s 6,000 existing manufacturers,
- Iowa businesses that want to sell their products or services to
federal or state governments, and
- U.S. manufacturers and distributors of biobased products.

Program Planning and Reporting Instructions
