What is strategic planning?

Strategic planning is a systematic examination of a company’s internal and external operating environments, with development of a plan for the firm’s future success. The strategic planning process will help your company plan for the future by answering three important questions: Where are we now? Where do we want to be? How do we get there?

Facilitation
CIRAS will lead your management team in planning for the future.
