Printing

The printing industry consists of all printing, publishing, and engraving. In Iowa this industry is mainly offset printing and screen printing.

There are 615 printing industry employers in the state of Iowa, employing 10,869 people. The printing industry contributes $914,000,000 to the Gross State Product, which is 4% of the manufacturing GSP. The distribution of employees by county is displayed below:
