What is bid preparation assistance?

Bid Preparation Assistance will ensure the submission of a complete and proper bid document to the proper agency in the most efficient manner for the bidding client. This is accomplished by identifying federal websites where bid information and documents can be attained and training clients on accessing complete bid sets. For manufacturing firms it entails education on downloading from websites drawings, specifications, and other engineering related information required to fully describe manufacturing and production requirements. Assistance also provides interpretation of federal, state, or industry contract clauses and business practices which could affect proper processing of the bid application.
